Integrate Lending
Lending as a Service – B2B Solutions
Integrate Lending was established following over a decade of experience working within one of Australia’s leading wealth advice dealer groups. During this time, a clear gap emerged in how advice firms could effectively support their clients with lending needs—without compromising on compliance or commercial alignment.
This led to the development of a more considered and structured approach: Lending as a Service.
Following the
Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry, significant reforms were introduced across the financial services industry. As part of these changes, the
Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority implemented a Code of Ethics for financial advisers (now administered by Australian Securities and Investments Commission).
One of the key implications of these reforms was the treatment of conflicts of interest—particularly in situations where advisers referred clients to third parties and received remuneration in return.
As a result, many advice firms faced a difficult position. While their clients often had clear lending needs, referring them externally introduced compliance challenges and, in most cases, removed the ability for the firm to participate commercially in the lending solution.
Lending as a Service
Integrate Lending provides a compliant and structured solution to this challenge.
Rather than referring clients externally, we work with advice firms to establish their own lending capability within their existing business. This allows them to deliver a more complete client offering, while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.
Our model enables advice firms to:
Establish a lending business under a Corporate Credit Representative structure
Operate under an established Australian Credit License
Provide lending solutions directly to their existing clients
Retain ownership of the client relationship
Generate their own revenue from lending activities
We support this by managing the operational and fulfilment aspects of the lending function. Our experienced credit representatives work within the advice firm’s structure, ensuring seamless and consistent client experience.
Our Role
Our role is to simplify what would otherwise be a complex and resource-intensive process.
We provide the expertise, infrastructure, and support required to deliver lending services to a high standard—without the need for advice firms to build this capability from the ground up or take on the burden of hiring and managing dedicated lending staff.
The result is a model that is:
• Compliant with current regulatory expectations
• Integrated within the advice firm’s existing business
• Scalable as the firm grows
• Aligned with both client outcomes and commercial objectives
Importantly, our model is designed with flexibility in mind.
Should an advice firm choose to bring the lending function in-house at a later stage, the transition is straightforward and seamless. We simply step back from the arrangement , allowing the firm to establish its own Sub-Authorised Credit Representative within its existing corporate structure.
This ensures there is no disruption to clients, no loss of continuity, and a clear pathway for firms that wish to further develop their internal capability over time.
